We operate out of the Delhi NCR area. It is a big region and we are right in the middle of all that daily buzz. It-Scient Consulting is basically a group of tech-minded people who sit in front of screens for most of the day. We do a lot of consulting work which means a lot of talking and trying to solve problems for others. The office isn't anything special to look at. It is just a bunch of computers, some half-empty coffee mugs, and a lot of whiteboards with scribbles on them. We do not have a fancy reception or a guy in a suit waiting at the door. We just come in, do our work, and try to keep our clients happy. Delhi NCR is always moving fast so we have to keep up with the pace. Sometimes we work late when a big project is due. It is not a glamorous life but it is what we do for a living. We talk to people from all over the place. The traffic in the morning is usually the biggest topic of conversation when we are standing by the water cooler. We aren't some giant corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a dedicated team trying to make things work in the IT world. We use a lot of technical jargon sometimes but we try to keep it simple for everyone else. It is just a regular consulting shop. We stay busy and focused.
