It Recruitment Farm

We are located on the 3rd floor at B30 in Saradapuri. It is right in the middle of Ramesh Nager in New Delhi. The "Farm" part of the name makes some people laugh but it is just how we called it. Being on the third floor means a lot of stairs every morning but it keeps us away from some of the street noise. Downstairs is always crowded with people moving around and the smell of food from the nearby stalls. Inside the office we have some old computers and a lot of folders full of resumes from people looking for jobs. It gets really hot in Delhi so we have the AC running most of the time which makes a humming sound all day. We spend most of our hours looking at screens and talking to different companies. Ramesh Nager is a busy place and finding a bit of quiet is hard but we manage. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is a small team and we know each other's habits pretty well by now. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk up the stairs and find us at the desks. Saradapuri is a tight-knit spot and we like being part of the local mix here in New Delhi - 15. It is honest work and we stay busy most of the time throughout the year.
