Irctc Ltd

We are up here on the 9th floor of the BOB Building on Parliament Street. It is a busy spot in New Delhi, and usually, the lifts take a while because everyone is in a hurry. Radha Kumari is here, and we just go through the daily work for Irctc Ltd. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic on Parliament Street, but we are used to it by now. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. We have a small corner where we keep the electric kettle for making tea. It is not a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular place where we get things done. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit, which gives us a chance to look out at the city from this high up. The view is okay, mostly just rooftops and more buildings. People come in and out, asking about tickets or schedules. We try to keep everything organized, but with so much going on, the desks usually look a bit messy by lunchtime. It’s just how it is here. We have been in this building for a long time, and the security guards downstairs know us all by name. It is a long day usually, starting early and leaving when the sun is already down. We just keep moving through the tasks one by one until it is time to go home.
