Even though the name says Pune, we are actually based here in Ajmer, right in Parivahan Nagar. We’re on Plot Number 21 in the Kesari Colony area of Adarsh Nagar. It’s a nice part of Rajasthan to be in. The office is tucked away a bit, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We do consulting work, which basically means a lot of talking on the phone and looking at documents all day. I’ve lived in Ajmer my whole life, so setting up here made the most sense for me and my family. The office has a small kitchen where we make tea and sometimes snacks in the evening. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. It’s a very relaxed place to work. We don't wear ties or follow any strict corporate rules. If someone needs to leave early to pick up their kids from school, they just do it. We trust each other to get the work done. The furniture is a mix of stuff we bought over the years, so nothing matches, but it’s comfortable enough. We’ve been here long enough that the postman knows us by name. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right without any unnecessary fuss or fancy talk. It works for us and we plan to stay here for quite a while.
