International Manpower Resources

International Manpower Resources is located at 1366, Ch. Charan Singh Colony, on Circular Road in Muzaffarnagar. It’s a busy spot in U.P., and we’ve been here for quite a while. The office is right on the main road, so we get a lot of dust and noise from the passing trucks and tractors. It’s a sturdy building, though, and once you’re inside, it’s a bit more peaceful. We have a front area where people can wait, and then a few rooms in the back where the actual work happens. The furniture is mostly wooden and looks like it has been there since the office opened. We don't have any fancy decorations, just some calendars on the wall and a few clocks. Most of our day is spent talking to people who are looking for work or checking through their documents. It is a lot of talking and a lot of typing. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea throughout the day. The staff is local, so we all know the area well and often talk about what’s happening in Muzaffarnagar. We aren't a big, polished agency. We are just a group of people in a plain office trying to help folks find jobs. It’s a bit crowded when we have a lot of visitors, but we manage just fine. We keep the files in big cabinets and try to stay on top of the mess.
