Our office is right in the heart of Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17. It is a crowded and busy area, but that is where the people are, so it makes sense for us to stay here. We deal with manpower, which basically means we help people find work and companies find the right staff. The office is usually a bit messy with paperwork and resumes piled up on the desks. It is definitely not a polished corporate environment. It is a place where real conversations happen every day. People come in all the time looking for new opportunities, and we do our best to listen to what they need. Malviya Nagar has a lot of energy, and we definitely feel that inside our office walls. We have got a few computers that are a bit old but they still work fine for what we need to do. The staff here are just regular folks who know the city very well. We do not have any fancy brochures or marketing people on staff. We just use our phones and our personal contacts to get things moving for people. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but we just close the window and keep going. We have been in this spot for a while and the local shopkeepers know us. It is not about being the biggest company, it is just about being useful.
