Indraprastha Gas Limited

We are located on the second floor of Bl-77 in the L Block of Hari Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a busy residential and commercial pocket, and our office is right there above the shops. Most of what we do involves the daily operations of gas services, so we see a lot of people coming in to check on their bills or ask about new connections. The office is pretty basic, with counters for the public and desks in the back where we handle the administrative side of things. It can get quite hectic in the mornings when the queues start to form. We have some old benches for people to wait on, and the walls are covered with various notices and maps of the gas lines. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we know the local area like the back of our hands. Hari Nagar is a crowded place, and finding a spot to park a scooter can be a challenge some days. We don't have fancy decorations or a modern design; it’s just a government-style office where the focus is on service. We drink a lot of chai and try to keep the computers running smoothly so the data stays updated. It’s a lot of routine work, but it keeps the city running. We just show up, do the filing, talk to the customers, and head home when the shutters go down.
