Indosys Corporation

Indosys Corporation is based right here in New Delhi. We don't have a massive skyscraper or anything like that. We just operate from our space in the city. It’s a busy place to be, but that’s just life in the capital. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way without all the corporate red tape you see in bigger firms. It’s a small group of us. We share the work and don't really care about fancy titles. One day you might be handling client calls and the next you’re fixing the internet router. That’s just how it is when you’re a smaller outfit. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a couple of old laptops, and a lot of coffee cups lying around. We spend most of our time just focusing on the tasks at hand. It gets noisy outside with all the horns and people, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do a decent job and keep our clients happy so we can pay the bills. It’s pretty straightforward. No hidden agendas or big fancy speeches. We just show up in the morning and get to work. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot to do, but that’s life in a busy city like this.
