At Indian Computer Services, we focus on all types of recruitment, whether it’s IT or non-IT. We don't have a big fancy office address to show off, we just do our work from where we are. Our days are filled with looking at different roles in HR and general recruitment. We spend hours every day scrolling through lists of names and skills. It can be a bit tiring for the eyes but we have been doing it for a long time. The office is full of the sound of typing and the hum of the computers. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. We don't talk in big business terms or use complicated language. We just try to find the right person for the right spot. Sometimes it works out fast and other times it takes forever. We drink a lot of water and try to stay focused. There are no big bosses in suits here. We are just a small group of people who understand how the hiring process goes. We deal with selection and generalistic HR tasks all day long. It's a simple life of looking at screens and talking to people. We don't have any big secrets or special methods. We just put in the time and hope for the best.
