Our office is at House Number 364 in Sant Nagar. It is quite close to East of Kailash here in New Delhi. We are Ims Empresaria. Even though the company has roots in the UK, we are the ones here on the ground. We handle HR solutions, which basically means we deal with people and their jobs. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking documents. The office in Sant Nagar is a regular house that we have turned into a workspace. It is a bit crowded with all the files we have. We do not have a big HR manual that we follow blindly. We just try to solve problems as they come up. I spend a lot of time talking to candidates and seeing if they are a good fit for the roles we have. It can be a bit tiring. We do not use any fancy corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a job is not right for someone, we say so. We do not have a big marketing budget. We just do our work and hope people like it. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of places to get a snack. We have been here for a while and we know the local area. It is just a normal day-to-day operation. Nothing flashy at all. We just keep the records straight.
