Ims Empresaria is over in Pitampura, specifically at 9 B in the Ad Block. It’s a solid part of New Delhi to be based in. We have a fairly straightforward office setup where we handle various business tasks every day. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of bells and whistles. We have our desks, our files, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. The Ad Block area is quite busy, so there is always some noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. It involves a lot of back-and-forth emails and checking over details that most people would find boring. But that’s the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi; we just want to do the work that comes our way properly. People around here know us as a quiet team that stays focused. We take our breaks at the local spots nearby, and then it’s back to the office to finish up the day’s work. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just grabs it and does it. It’s a very practical way to run things, and it keeps us moving forward without too much fuss or unnecessary meetings. We just get through the day one task at a time.
