We’re over at Mukherjee Park Extension, specifically WZ-34, F-3. It’s a bit of a quiet corner of New Delhi. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The office is small and simple. We spend most of our time searching for staff for various companies that need help. It involves a lot of looking through profiles and calling people to see if they’re interested. It can be repetitive, but it’s what we do. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s not as loud as the main markets. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of folders. We don’t really bother with being fancy. We just focus on finding the right people. Sometimes candidates come by for a chat, and we sit down in the little meeting area we’ve got. It’s nothing special, just a table and some chairs. We drink tea throughout the day to keep going. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, but we’re used to it. We aren't some big high-tech firm. We’re just a small team trying to do a decent job every day. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we’re happy with how things are going here. The building has been here for ages, and the hallway is a bit narrow. We’ve put up some simple calendars on the wall to keep track of the dates. It’s not a place with glass walls. We just use what we have. It’s a bit of a walk from the road.
