We are set up at H-80, Street No-2, inside Tulichand House in the Purani Kondali area. Most people around here know us because we are right near Mayur Vihar-III, which is a landmark everyone uses to find the street. It is a busy part of Delhi-96 and the office is usually full of papers and people coming in to talk about jobs. Impetus Hr Consultants Pvt. Ltd. has been running out of this building for a while now. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you come to visit. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the computers looking through lists of names. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling sound, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Our street is always full of people moving around and there is a lot of noise from the local shops nearby. We handle the daily recruitment work without making it too complicated for anyone. It is just a regular office where we try to stay organized and get through the pile of resumes on the desk. We keep a teapot in the corner for when the afternoons get long. It is just a small group of us here making sure things keep moving along as they should in this part of town.
