Ikya Human Capital

We’ve been setting things up here at Mayur Bihar-1 for a while now. It’s a busy spot and there’s always people coming in and out of the building. Most days we are just sitting at the desks, looking through piles of papers or talking on the phone with folks about work. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s the highlight of the morning. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during the rush hours but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't a big flashy firm, just some regular people doing our jobs in this corner of the city. Ikya Human Capital has been our base, and we spend most of our time trying to organize things for the people who walk through that door. Sometimes the printer jams and we all have to stop and figure out how to fix it which takes way too long. It’s not always exciting stuff, just the usual grind of a human capital office. The address is easy to find if you know the area, right in the heart of Mayur Bihar. We’ve got a few desks, some chairs that aren't the most comfortable, and a lot of folders. The walls are a bit plain, but we have some calendars hanging up to keep track of the days. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so we usually keep the blinds pulled down most of the time.
