Down in Katwaiasarai at 34F, that’s where you’ll find Ideal Recruitment Services. It’s tucked away in a corner of Hauz Khas. We have this small office where we spend our time looking at piles of resumes and talking to people on the phone for hours. It’s not a huge operation at all. We started it because we knew a lot of folks looking for work and some local companies that really needed extra hands. It’s a lot of talking and even more listening. We sit at our desks, usually with a lot of blue folders stacked up high. The area is quite lively, with lots of students and people moving about from the nearby institutes. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when a few people come in at the same time for their interviews. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting lounge with magazines. You just come in, pull up a plastic chair, and we have a chat about what you can do. It’s about finding a fit that works for both sides. We deal with all sorts of jobs, from basic office work to more technical stuff. Some days are very slow, and we just sit and reorganize our files. Other days, the phone won’t stop ringing and we can barely catch our breath. We’ve been at this address for a while and most of the neighbors know us by now. It’s a very practical setup. We aren't trying to be fancy or look like a global firm.
