Idea Cellular

Our workspace is situated at C/O 118 on the 3rd floor of the Bantiji building. It is located in Bhagavan Nagar, right in the Bagichi area of Ashram in New Delhi. Being on the 3rd floor means we have to walk up a few flights of stairs every day, which keeps us moving I suppose. This particular office handles a lot of the local cellular stuff for the area. It is a pretty cramped space because we have so many files and pieces of equipment tucked into the corners. The Ashram area is always buzzing with people and traffic, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. We spend a lot of time helping people with their mobile connections and sorting out all the little issues that come up with phone lines and data. It’s not a fancy showroom like you might see in a big mall; it’s more of a back-office where the real work happens. We have a couple of old fans that rattle a bit, and the tea guy comes up twice a day to keep us going. We don't use any big words or complicated talk here. We just try to fix the problems that people bring to us and keep the records straight. It’s a busy little spot in a very busy part of New Delhi, and we’ve gotten quite used to the constant noise and the fast pace of things. We just do what needs doing to keep the lines running.
