Icfai

Our office is up in Karnal, Haryana, specifically at 1789 Sec 13 Urban Estate. Being in Icfai means we deal with a lot of people coming in and out from the local area and even further away. The Urban Estate is a well-known part of town, so we don't usually have to give too many directions. The building is a solid, older structure with big rooms. We have desks set up for everyone and a couple of areas where people can sit and wait. It’s not the most modern place you’ve ever seen, but it’s clean and it works for what we need. We spend most of our time answering questions and helping people with their paperwork. Karnal is a nice place to live and work, it’s not as chaotic as Delhi but still has plenty going on. In the winter, it gets quite cold in the office, so we all wear our heavy sweaters and drink plenty of hot tea. In the summer, the coolers are always running. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that, so what you see is what you get. It’s just a group of us trying to keep things organized and helpful for anyone who walks in. We have a lot of regular visitors and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. We just keep doing our work day by day and try to stay on top of things.
