We’re located on the second floor over in South Anarkali, right at Gali No 5. Ica Shine has been around here for a while, focusing on IT training and helping people find jobs. It’s a pretty simple setup. We have rows of computers where students sit and learn everything from basic coding to accounting software. It’s not a high-tech lab from the future; it’s just a practical space where people come to get better skills so they can earn a better living. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s all about the work. We spend a lot of time talking to local businesses to see who is hiring. That way, we can tell our students where to go when they finish their courses. South Anarkali is a crowded place, and we are just one part of the buzz. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just pick up where we left off. Our trainers are guys who have worked in the industry and know what it’s actually like out there. They don't use big textbooks all the time; they just show you how to do the task on the screen. It’s about being useful. We’ve seen a lot of people pass through these doors and move on to good things, and that’s why we stay here and keep the computers running.
