Ibibo Web Private Limited is tucked away in Street No. 6 in Brampuri. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how the lanes are. G-7 is where we set up, and it’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly computers and wires everywhere. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out web stuff. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign or a glass front. It feels more like a local home that’s been filled with tech equipment. The noise from the street comes right through the windows, so you hear the bikes and the vendors all day long. It gets quite lively around lunch when everyone goes out to find something to eat from the stalls nearby. We don't have a cafeteria or anything fancy. We just eat at our desks or stand out on the street for a bit of air. The internet has to be fast, obviously, so that’s the one thing we really pay attention to. Everything else is just secondary. The furniture is a bit mismatched and we’ve got boxes stacked in the corners. It’s a real working environment where we just focus on the code and the projects. No one really dresses up here; we just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting in a chair for eight hours. We’ve been in Brampuri for a while now and the locals don't really pay us much mind.
