I360 Training And Staffing Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 111559 Subhash Park in the Naveen Shahdara Extension. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we spend all our time. We do training and help people find jobs, which sounds simple enough but usually involves a lot of coordination. The building we are in is right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long, from kids playing to vendors calling out their prices. We have a couple of rooms set up for training, with some basic chairs and tables that we’ve put together ourselves. It’s not a high-tech campus, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time talking to young people who are nervous about their first jobs or folks who are trying to switch paths. We don't have any fancy speeches prepared. We just tell them what we know and try to help them get ready for interviews. The Naveen Shahdara area has a lot of energy, and we try to bring a bit of that into our work. Sometimes we run out of supplies or the printer jams, but we just fix it and keep going. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local office in Delhi trying to help people get to work.
