I2I Telesource Pvt Ltd(Domestic Call Centre)

We’re tucked away in Flat No-213 at the Azad Hind Society. It’s over in Sector-9, Dwarka. Being a domestic call centre means there’s always someone on the phone. I2I Telesource Pvt Ltd is basically a group of us in this flat, talking to people all day long. Dwarka is a nice area, a bit quieter than the rest of Delhi, which is good when you’re trying to hear someone on the other end of the line. It’s a lot of headsets and computer screens around here. We don't have a big fancy office building with a glass front. We’re just in a regular society building, which makes it feel a bit more like home. Some shifts are really busy and the room gets quite warm with everyone talking at once. We take turns making tea and try to keep each other going when the calls get tough. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We help people solve their problems or answer their questions as best as we can. Sometimes we have to explain things three or four times, but that's just part of the deal. We’ve been at Plot No.-15 for a while now. If you’re ever in Sector-9, you might walk past our building without even knowing we're in there working away. We like it that way, just keeping things simple and getting through the day.
