Our company, I2I Telesource Pvt. Ltd., is over in Janakpuri D-Block. We are located at WZ-89 A on Pankha Road, which is a very well-known road in this part of Delhi. We are working out of Sri Vinod Kumar’s place. It is a busy spot near Mohan Nagar. Being on Pankha Road means we hear the traffic all day long, but you get used to it after a while. We handle telesource work, which basically means a lot of phone calls and data management. Vinod Kumar is around to see that things are going right. The office is a bit crowded with equipment and desks, but we make it work. Janakpuri is a huge area, and D-Block has its own little community of businesses. We have been here for some time now. We are just a group of people trying to provide a service that works. No big corporate speeches or missions here. We just pick up the phones and do the daily tasks that need finishing. Sometimes the internet is slow and it drives us crazy, but we manage somehow. It is a straightforward business with no frills. If you are coming down Pankha Road, you might see our sign near Mohan Nagar. We are just regular people working a regular job in a busy part of town. The tea here is good and the people are friendly. We just keep doing what we do every single day without much fuss or making any big claims.
