We operate out of E-11/11 in Vasant Vihar. It’s a nice part of New Delhi, a bit quieter than some other areas we’ve worked in. Our main thing is helping people find staff or helping people find work. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of phone calls and sitting through interviews. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything. We just talk to people and see if they’re a good fit for what’s needed. The office is a bit small, so things can get a bit crowded when we have people coming in for meetings. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere because job hunting is already stressful enough for most folks. We’ve been in this business for a few years and we’ve learned that being direct is usually better. We don't use those buzzwords you see in ads. We just look at the skills and the person. Vasant Vihar has a lot of energy, and we like being part of it. Some days are slow and we just catch up on filing, while other days the phone never stops. We just take it as it comes. It’s a human business, really. You’re dealing with people’s lives and their goals, so we try to be sensible about it. No big promises, just trying to make the right connections so everyone is happy. It’s mostly just hard work and a bit of luck sometimes. We stay busy and keep going.
