Human Resource

If you get off at the second stop in Model Town, you'll find us at B1/30. We’ve been in this part of Delhi 9 for quite a while now. The building is an older one, but it’s sturdy and gives us plenty of room to work. We handle human resource stuff, which mostly means we talk to a lot of people and look at a lot of resumes all day long. It’s a plain office without any of those modern glass partitions or trendy furniture. We have some sturdy wooden desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days but still hold everything we need. Model Town is a nice area, usually a bit calmer than the center of the city, which we appreciate when things get busy. Our days are filled with phone calls and meetings. Sometimes people just drop in to drop off their details, and we try to make time for everyone. We aren't some big agency with a glossy website or fancy brochures. We just do our job from this little corner of the neighborhood. The tea stall nearby is where we usually get our afternoon break, and the owner knows how we like our tea. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don’t try to pretend to be something we aren’t. We just focus on helping folks find work and helping companies find people. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the community here. Most of our neighbors are regular families, and that keeps the atmosphere friendly and relaxed even when the work pile is high.
