Human Capital

Human Capital is based out of H-1576 in C R Park, New Delhi. Chittaranjan Park has a very specific feel to it, and our office is right in the middle of all those residential streets. It’s an older building, and we’re on one of the floors there, surrounded by trees and the sound of the neighborhood waking up. We deal with a lot of people stuff, mostly hiring and talking to candidates all day long. The office is often cluttered with resumes and notebooks from different meetings. It’s not a sterile environment; there are personal photos on desks and a few plants that someone forgets to water occasionally. We like being in South Delhi because it’s easy for people to reach us, though parking in C R Park is a nightmare sometimes. Usually, we take turns going out to get snacks from the local markets nearby. The rooms are a bit small, and the air conditioner makes a weird humming sound, but it gets the job done. Working here feels more like being in a home than a stiff office. We have people coming in for interviews all the time, and they usually comment on how quiet the street is compared to the rest of Delhi. It’s a simple operation, really, just a group of us trying to get the right people into the right jobs. We keep a box of biscuits on the main table for anyone who drops by for a chat.
