Ht Media Ltd.

You can find our Ht Media Ltd. office at Bg-2A in the Dda Flats at Munirka. It’s a bit of a different setup than what people might expect for a media company, being in a residential flat area. We spend our time here dealing with news, papers, and all the things that go into the media world. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many files and people working in one spot. Munirka is always buzzing with students and people working, so there is always something happening right outside our windows. We have desks pushed close together and there’s usually the sound of someone typing or talking on their mobile. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby and a receptionist, it’s just us doing our daily work in a flat. Sometimes we have to move stacks of old newspapers just to find a place to put our lunch. It's a very grounded way to work. We see the milkman and the neighbors every day while we are trying to meet our deadlines. It feels very connected to the actual city. We don’t have a lot of extra room, but we make every inch count. Working from Bg-2A has become a habit for us and we know the shortcuts through the Dda complex by heart now. It is just a regular day-to-day operation here in Munirka where we focus on getting the news sorted out.
