Hr Recuitment

We are based here in Delhi and we spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. It’s called Hr Recuitment, which is exactly what it sounds like. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Usually, it’s just us trying to find the right person for a specific job that a company needs to fill. Delhi is a huge place, so there’s always someone looking for work and some company looking for help. We handle all sorts of different roles, nothing too specific, just whatever comes across our desk. Sometimes it’s hard because people don’t show up for interviews, or the job isn't quite what they wanted. We just keep at it though. It’s a lot of paperwork and emails back and forth. We don’t use any of those high-tech sorting systems, we just read through what people send us and see if it makes sense. If you’re looking for a job or need someone to work for you, we just try to make the match happen without too much fuss. It gets pretty loud in the office sometimes when everyone is on calls at once. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and we know the city pretty well. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit tiring looking at screens all day long. We just want to get people placed so we can move on to the next one. It’s a busy life.
