Our office is at 5/46 in Madia Katra. If you know Agra, you know this area stays pretty busy. Hr Minds Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle recruitment and personnel stuff. It’s a small office, and we’ve definitely outgrown the space a few times, but we stay because it’s convenient. There are always resumes stacked on the corner desk and someone is usually on an interview call. We don't have a fancy waiting room with leather sofas. It’s just a few plastic chairs for people coming in. The parking around Madia Katra is always a nightmare, so we usually tell people to take an auto if they’re coming to see us. Our desks are pushed right up against each other to save space. We have an old water cooler that leaks a little bit, so there's always a rag on the floor next to it. It’s not perfect, but it’s our space. We handle a lot of phone calls, and sometimes it gets so loud we have to step out onto the landing to hear anything. We aren't using some high-end AI to pick people; we just talk to them and see if they’re a good fit. The street outside is noisy, and the monkeys sometimes run across the roof, but that’s just life in Agra. We’ve been at this for a few years now. Most of our day is spent talking to people from all over. It's just a regular bunch of people.
