Hr House

Hr House is based in Delhi. We don't have a big fancy title for our building, we just work out of our space here in the city. The name Hr House was picked because we wanted it to feel a bit more personal than those huge agencies you see everywhere. It’s just a regular office where we handle human resources stuff. Delhi is a massive, chaotic place, and we are just one small part of it. Our office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking on their headsets. We have a lot of files to keep track of, so things can look a bit cluttered in the corners. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. No one here wears a tie unless they absolutely have to for a specific meeting. We mostly just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are looking for jobs and trying to figure out where they might fit best. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes on pads of paper. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there’s plenty to do before we leave for the day. We like being in Delhi because everything is nearby, even if the traffic is a nightmare most of the time when it rains. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just here to help people find work.
