Hr Executive

Our little setup is over in Katwaria Sarai in New Delhi. If you’ve ever been here, you know how crowded and lively it is with all the students and folks looking for coaching. We operate as an Hr Executive office, which basically means we spend our time talking to people about their careers. The office is small and tucked away in one of the many buildings that line the narrow streets. It can be a bit hard to find us the first time, but once you do, you’ll usually find us buried under a pile of application forms. We don't have any polished presentations or corporate speeches. We just sit down with whoever walks in and see what they’re looking for. The power goes out occasionally, and the room can get a bit warm, but we just open the window and keep going. We drink a lot of coffee from the stall around the corner to stay alert. Most of our work is just staying on the phone and following up with companies to see if they have any openings. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who have been doing this for a few years now. We like the energy of Katwaria Sarai, even if it’s a bit chaotic at times, because there is always something going on.
