Hr Alchemist Services

We are based out of South Delhi, which is a big area, but we’ve made our little home here. Hr Alchemist Services started out with just a couple of us wanting to do things a bit differently. We don't have a fancy office building with a name in lights or a lobby with a fountain. It's more of a modest setup where we can focus on the work without too many distractions. Dealing with HR stuff can be a real headache for most small businesses, so we try to take some of that off their plates. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city; we just want to be reliable and easy to talk to. You won't hear us talking about synergy or human capital because those words don't really mean much in the real world to us. We just talk about people and jobs. Sometimes we work long hours when there’s a lot to sort through, and other times it’s a bit quieter. We like the flexibility of being in South Delhi because it’s easy to meet people halfway for a quick chat. The team here is pretty down-to-earth. We make our own tea and don't mind getting our hands dirty with the messy details of payroll or hiring. It’s just a group of people trying to make a living and help others do the same. We don't have a polished sales pitch, just a simple way of doing business that works.
