Hr Access,

Our office is located at Ajanta Apt. in Patpadganj. It’s flat number 105 on Plot No 36, and Amita Sinha is usually there to greet people. Hr Access is a small operation, and we like it that way. We spend our time helping people find work, which can be a pretty tough job in a place like Delhi -92. There’s a lot of talking on the phone and trying to understand what a company really needs. Sometimes we have to tell people that a job isn't right for them, which isn't always easy to do. The office is a bit small, and when we have a few people waiting, it gets a little tight in the entrance. We have files and resumes everywhere, but we try our best to keep them organized. We aren't interested in being a big corporate name. We just want to be a place where people can come and get some honest help with their careers. We’ve had our fair share of long days where nothing seems to go right, but then we manage to help someone get a great job and it makes it all worth it. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, drink our tea, and get to work on the piles of resumes on our desks. It’s just a normal job for us and we've been doing it a long time.
