HKP HR Consultant

HKP HR Consultant is over at Bhikaji Cama Place 326. We share the building with a lot of other businesses, so the stairs and elevators are always packed. Our office is a place where we spend our hours looking at employment contracts and talking to candidates. It’s not a very big space, but we have enough room for a few interview chairs and a lot of filing cabinets. The desks are usually covered in folders and notes from various meetings. Being an HR consultant means we hear a lot of stories from people looking for work or companies needing help. It’s a lot of listening and typing. Bhikaji Cama Place is a central hub, so it’s easy for people to reach us, though parking is always a nightmare. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the city coming through the windows. On rainy days, the office feels a bit dim, but we just turn on the extra lamps and keep going. We don’t go in for fancy decor or anything like that. We just have what we need to get through the day’s tasks. Most of the staff has been here for a good amount of time, so we have a routine down. We grab lunch whenever there’s a gap in the schedule. It’s a plain, honest workspace where we handle the people side of things as best as we can.
