We are based in South Ex Part-1, which is one of the more famous parts of New Delhi for shopping and business. Hiring Solution Pvt Ltd has been operating from this area for some time. It’s a good spot because it’s central and easy for people to reach from different parts of the city. We don’t have a massive office with a glass front, just a regular space where we do our hiring work. The days are usually spent looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. We usually try to beat the rush by starting our day a bit earlier. There are lots of cafes and small eateries around us, so we never run out of options for tea or snacks. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to hear the clock on the wall. We like being in South Ex because it feels like you're in the heart of the city.
