Hewitt Associates

You can find us at 289, Parmanand Colony. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the Delhi -09 area. Hewitt Associates has been around this neighborhood for a while. We aren't some massive glass tower; we’re just in a regular building like everyone else here. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We do a lot of work related to people and how businesses manage their staff. It’s the kind of stuff that keeps you busy from morning until late evening. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the rickshaws and people moving about, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of typing. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee because the stuff from the machine isn't great. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the area. We try to be helpful and give clear advice without making it sound more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk, just like any other place. It’s a simple setup. We like being in Parmanand Colony because it feels like a real community. People stop by to chat sometimes. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get through our list every day. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do for a living.
