Hewitt Associates

Hewitt Associates operates from the ground floor of A-90 in Meera Bagh. This is over in the Paschim Vihar area of New Delhi-87. Being on the ground floor means we see everything that goes on in the street. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets, but still has its fair share of activity. Our office setup is pretty simple. We have the main work area and a small space for meetings that usually ends up being used for storing extra boxes. The walls are a plain off-white, and we’ve got some plants by the door that we sometimes forget to water. We handle various administrative and associate tasks here. It’s the kind of place where you know your coworkers' kids' names and what everyone is having for lunch. We don't have a big corporate culture; it’s more like a group of neighbors working together. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to catch up on gossip. It’s a very human way to spend the day. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and the routine feels comfortable. We just do what needs to be done without making a big fuss about it. It’s just us at A-90, doing our daily bit.
