Hewitt Associates

Our office is in Hauz Khas, which is one of those areas in Delhi where you see a bit of everything. We are on the first floor of Y-47. Hewitt Associates is the name we go by. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Hauz Khas can be quite a fancy area, but our office is just a regular workspace. We don't have any of those modern glass walls or designer lights. It’s just a place where we sit and get our tasks done. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow. We spend most of our time dealing with human resources stuff and managing data. It involves a lot of sitting and focused work. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside because of the traffic on the main road, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We usually grab a bite from one of the local spots nearby when we have a break. There’s no corporate cafeteria here. We just manage things as they come. The team is small enough that we all know what everyone else is doing. It’s a practical way to work. We’ve been in this Hauz Khas location for a while and it suits us. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest; we just do our jobs and head home.
