You can find Head Hunters Placement up on the 3rd floor at 186 Hauz Rani. It’s right there in Malviya Nagar. We’ve spent a lot of time in this building. It’s a placement office, so there’s usually a lot of people coming in and out looking for work or trying to find staff. It gets a bit cramped when we have several interviews going on at once. The stairs up to the third floor are a bit of a climb, but it keeps us moving. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up everywhere. We’ve been doing this for a while, helping people find jobs and helping companies find help. It’s pretty straightforward. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. Malviya Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside. We like the energy of the place. We aren't a huge agency with a slick website. We’re just a small team in an office in New Delhi. Sometimes we find the right person quickly, and other times it takes forever. That’s just the nature of the business. We try to be practical and just get people where they need to go. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of resumes. We get a lot of walk-ins too, which keeps things interesting every single day.
