Finding us can be a bit of a trick if you don't know the streets of Main Sagarpur. We are at Rz-1256 on Street No. 5/1. It is a typical New Delhi street, very busy and full of life. Head Hunters Placement is where we help people figure out their next job. It’s a small office and we have been here for a good while. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a new coat of paint, but they do the job. We have a few desks squeezed into the space and a lot of files. The phone rings a lot during the day, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the street outside gets so loud with the traffic and people that we have to close the windows tight. It’s a very local feel here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often chat with them during breaks. We are not some big fancy recruitment firm with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just a few of us sitting here, looking through applications and making calls. Sagarpur is a crowded place, but it has its own rhythm. We fit right into that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us with cups of tea, buried under a pile of resumes. It’s a lot of work, but we just take it one day at a time.
