We deal with life insurance and all the paperwork that comes with it. It’s not the most exciting stuff to talk about, but it’s important for people. We spend a lot of time explaining things and going over forms. Our desks are usually piled high with documents that need signatures or checking. We don’t have a flashy front desk or a lobby. It’s just a place where we sit down and go through the details with anyone who comes in. Noida is growing fast and there’s always something new being built nearby. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s easy for people to reach. We aren't a big team, just a few of us who know the rules and the products. We try to be honest about what things cost and what the benefits are. There’s no point in making it sound better than it is. Life is complicated enough without confusing insurance talk. We just handle the claims and the new policies day by day. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the monthly reports, but we don't mind. It's just part of the routine here in Swarnim Vihar.
