Hard Hardware is located at House No. 375 on Street No. 24 in the Maujpur area of Shahdara. We are quite close to Vijay Park, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. This isn't a big retail store with glass windows. It’s more of a local spot where we keep the stock that people in the neighborhood need. We’ve been in this house for a long time, and the business has just grown around us. Street 24 is a bit narrow, so it can be a squeeze if a big delivery is coming in. We sell all the basic stuff like tools, bolts, and other hardware supplies. It’s a bit cluttered inside, with boxes stacked up to the ceiling, but we know where everything is. If you ask for something specific, we can usually find it in a minute or two. We don't have a computer system for the stock; we just keep it all in our heads and on some paper pads. The people in Maujpur are our main customers. We know most of them by their first names. It’s a friendly place, and we often end up chatting with folks for longer than it takes to sell them a hammer. We don't do any big advertising. People just know that if they need something fixed, they can come to House 375 and we will see what we have in the back rooms.
