We are located in Ak Puri, specifically at C4E, Pocket Number 8, in Flat No 4. It’s a residential-style setup, which we prefer because it’s more relaxed than a big office tower. We do executive search, meaning we look for people to fill high-level spots in various companies. It’s a lot of searching and a lot of vetting. The flat is usually quiet because we spend most of our time concentrating on our research. We have desks set up in the main room and plenty of shelf space for all the files we’ve collected over the years. The name "Hands On Success" might sound a bit formal, but we are just regular people working out of a flat. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our computers with headsets on. The neighborhood is okay, and we have some good food spots nearby for when we need a break. We try to be thorough with our work because that’s the only way to get it right in this business. It’s not about having the flashiest office; it’s about finding the right person for the job. We’ve been in this pocket for a while and the locals know us. It’s a simple, functional space where we get our work done every day. We just focus on the names and the people we need to find.
