We’re based at 4-Under Hill Lane in the Civil Lines area of Delhi. This part of the city, Delhi -54, has a bit of a different vibe than the rest of the town. It’s a bit greener and feels a little more tucked away from the main chaos. Our office at Grassik Consultants is a simple space where we handle our consulting work. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a quiet spot where we can focus on the tasks we have for the day. Most of our work involves sitting down with different companies and looking at how they do things, then suggesting some practical changes. It’s not about being the smartest person in the room; it’s just about having a fresh set of eyes on a problem. The office is comfortable, with plenty of room for us to spread out our papers and maps. We usually have a pot of tea going, and we take turns going out to get lunch from the local spots nearby. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’ve learned that being honest and direct is usually the best way to go. We don’t use any corporate speak or complicated theories. We just look at what’s in front of us and try to make sense of it. It’s a good way to spend our days.
