We operate as Globalhunt out of New Delhi. Since we are right here in the heart of Delhi, we deal with all sorts of people from different backgrounds. Our work is mainly about searching for talent. We don't have a specific street address to give you besides being in the city, but we stay busy regardless. The hunt for the right candidate can be long and tiring. We spend hours looking through profiles and making calls to see if someone is interested in a new role. It’s not just about matching words on a page; it’s about finding a person who actually wants to do the work. We have a small team and we keep things pretty casual. There’s no fancy dress code or corporate meetings that go on forever. We just focus on getting the positions filled. Sometimes it’s hard when the market is tight, but we keep at it. We’ve learned over the years that persistence is the main thing in this business. We handle a variety of sectors because Delhi has everything. One day we might be looking for an accountant and the next day it could be an engineer. It keeps us on our toes. We just do our best to be helpful and stay organized. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to work for us. We are just local people doing a job that involves finding other people for their jobs.
