Global Innovsource

You’ll find Global Innovsource at T-3, Block Number 9 in Kalyan Vas. It’s right near Mayur Vihar Phase II, so it’s pretty easy to locate if you know that part of Delhi. Kalyan Vas has its own unique feel, it’s a bit of a maze of blocks and small streets. Our office is just a regular building in the block. We don't have a big lobby or a name in lights. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. The space inside is basic. We have our workstations, a few printers that sometimes jam, and a corner for our files. We deal with a lot of people every day since we do sourcing work. It can get a bit loud when the office is full. We don't use a lot of business talk. We just speak plainly about what needs to be done. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight for everyone. It’s a very local atmosphere. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise where you can't see the street. We are right here in the thick of it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but we just keep going. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s our setup. We just focus on the people and the work. That’s how we have always done it, without much fuss.
