Global Hunt

Global Hunt is located over in Sarita Vihar, specifically at House No. 448 in Pocket-A. Being in this part of New Delhi means we see a lot of local activity. It’s a residential area mostly, so our office feels more like a part of the community than a cold office block. We spend our days searching for people. That is basically what we do here. It involves a lot of digging through databases and talking to people who might be looking for a change in their career. Sometimes we find the right person quickly and other times it takes weeks of searching. We don't use any fancy tricks, just hard work and a lot of patience. The team here is small and we know each other well. We have our routine. The morning starts with checking emails and the afternoon is usually full of interviews or follow-up calls. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We try to stay organized with our files at House No. 448, but there is always a lot of paper moving around. It’s a practical business. We help companies fill their empty chairs and help people find a place where they can work. It’s not complicated, but it is important to the people who come to us. We’ve been in Sarita Vihar for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It keeps us busy.
