Global H.R. Solutions is over at Jg2-514 in Vikas Puri, which is part of New Delhi-18. The office is located in a spot that feels very much like a regular neighborhood. We don't have a giant neon sign or a lobby with marble floors. It’s just a practical work area where we handle our business day after day. The space is filled with the usual office stuff, like printers that sometimes jam and stacks of resumes that need looking at. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the way the place looks. It’s a bit messy at times, especially when we’re busy, but we know where everything is. Vikas Puri is a decent place to be located because everything you need is close by. We often see the same neighbors walking their dogs or heading to the local market while we’re coming into work. The office itself has a simple layout and we’ve made the best use of the space we have. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away at a keyboard. It’s a quiet kind of busy, if that makes sense. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets finished. It’s an honest, small-scale operation. We just show up at Jg2-514, get the kettle going for some tea, and start on the day’s tasks. It’s a routine that has worked for us for quite a long time now.
