Our office for Global Express Services is located at F14 in the area near Darya Ganj and Kailash Colony. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you’re not from around here. We’ve been running things from this location for several years now. The space is filled with boxes, tape, and the sound of people coming and going. It’s a straightforward operation where we focus on getting items weighed and processed. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and old notes pinned up. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time, so we know how to handle the busy periods. Mornings are usually the quietest, but by late afternoon, the place is full of parcels waiting to be moved. We deal with all kinds of stuff, from personal letters to bigger boxes that people need to send across the country. Darya Ganj can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, especially on the weekends, but we managed to get used to it. Sometimes the delivery vans get stuck in the narrow lanes, which can be frustrating. We just try to stay on top of the pile and make sure nothing gets left behind. It’s a lot of repetitive work, scanning and sorting, but it’s what we do. We like the neighborhood even if it’s a bit noisy at times.
