Global Energy Talent

Global Energy Talent is based out of Flat No.601 in the Aravali Apartments. That’s in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, right near the border with Delhi. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because we are in an apartment building rather than a standard commercial block. It makes the work day feel a bit different, maybe a bit more relaxed than a typical office environment. We focus on the energy sector, looking for people with specific talents to fill roles. It involves a lot of searching and a lot of talking. Our office is basically a living space that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have plenty of room for our files and our computers, and it’s usually pretty quiet, which helps when we’re on important calls. We’ve been here for a while and the location works well for us. It is easy to get to from different parts of the NCR. We aren't the type to have a big corporate logo on the door. To most people, it just looks like another apartment. Inside, though, we’re busy tracking down candidates and talking to companies. We don't have a fancy canteen, we just cook something in the small kitchen or order in from the places nearby. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't put on airs. We just do the work and try to keep things moving forward every day because that is what needs to happen.
