Genius Consultant Ltd. is found on the 3rd floor of B-26 in Pandav Nagar. Nikhil Shrivastava is usually around the office most days. It is a bit of a climb if you are not used to it, but the space we have here is alright for what we need. Pandav Nagar is a crowded area of New Delhi, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We have set up our desks to make the most of the light. It is a simple office. We have our files, our computers, and our daily routines. We spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to sort out their questions. It isn't always easy, but we do our best. The neighborhood has a lot of energy. We usually grab some snacks from the local vendors during the afternoon break. It helps to keep the energy up. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of people; we are a smaller team that knows each other well. We have been working out of this Pandav Nagar location for a while. We know the shortcuts to avoid the worst traffic and where to get the best tea nearby. It is just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. We like the fact that people can just drop in and talk to us. It makes the day go by a bit faster when there is a lot to do and the phones are ringing.
